General Terms and Conditions
- By purchasing a ticket for or by using any of the facilities at the TREEHOUSE venue the customer is deemed to agree to these conditions.
- All tickets remain the property of TREEHOUSE and cannot be refunded, transferred or resold. They are valid only for the date shown, location booked and are void if tampered with.
- If you purchase a ticket for the use of any of the equipment or facilities at TREEHOUSE on behalf of another person, you and that other person both agree that you make that purchase as the authorized agent of that other person so that he/she will be bound by these conditions.
- TREEHOUSE has implemented all necessary safety measures without removing the inherent nature of the activities.
- You understand and accept that these activities are strenuous and can be dangerous and require a degree of physical ability, maturity and skill. You understand that TREEHOUSE will make neither evaluation nor recommendation in regard to your sufficient physical fitness for engaging in the activities provided. You are aware of the risks involved and agree to accept responsibility for you and your dependents subsequent, informed and voluntary participation. These risks can result in varying degrees of physical harm, personal injury, disfigurement and potentially death.
- You understand that during your or your dependents’ participation, you or they may be exposed to a variety of hazards and risks, both seen and unforeseen. You are fully aware of the services, equipment and/or other facilities that are offered at TREEHOUSE. You are also fully aware of your and your dependent’s physical limitations.
- The customer agrees to pay the cost of and authorizes TREEHOUSE to take all steps it considers reasonably necessary to protect his/her welfare in the event of personal injury, including the administration of any emergency medical treatment and ambulance transportation.
- Your use and/or dependents use of the TREEHOUSE facilities is undertaken in accordance with the rules and conditions displayed throughout TREEHOUSE and as described verbally by TREEHOUSE staff and that failure, deliberate or otherwise to adhere to the rules and regulations or misuse of any equipment will result in full liability being assumed by the participant, your dependents and you.
- Participants must follow the requests and guidelines of the staff. Failure to do so may result in expulsion from the facility.
- You acknowledge that it is your sole discretion to use and allow your dependents’ to engage in the activities provided and will assume all risks, both inherent and other risks and accept responsibility for any personal property damage and loss and for any degree of physical harm you and/or your dependents may suffer.
- TREEHOUSE may use any photographs, video footage of you, your dependents, or other minors in your care who use our facilities, collected during your use of our facilities for publication and for use in advertising or promotional material. Such photographs or video footage may appear (whether on their own or in conjunction with other photographs, video footage and/or text graphics) on social media platforms such as Facebook; Instagram; Twitter; Youtube; and/or Snapchat.
- By entering our facility, you grant us the right to use all such photographs and/or video footage in such manner and hereby grant us permission to record, store, transmit, reproduce, replicate, modify, advertise and generally exploit all such photographs and video footage for our benefit and in such manner as we in our discretion deem appropriate.
- TREEHOUSE may also operate closed circuit television cameras on-site which may be recording footage of you, your dependents, or other minors in your care while using our facilities. You consent to our use of all such footage in the manner described above and agree that the purpose for using such photos and/or video footage is for advertising, marketing and promotional purposes only and is not intended to insult, defame or slander any person. You acknowledge and agree that your consent and agreement to the above is given for yourself as well as on behalf any dependents or other minors in your care while using our facilities. You also agree not to take photos for Commercial use without our consent.
- Other Terms and Conditions may be applicable.
This agreement:
a. is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, the Courts of which shall have exclusive jurisdiction, and
b. if any part or provision is determined by a Court to be invalid or unenforceable all other parts and provisions shall still be given full legal force and effect.
Munchkin Monster Terms & Conditions
In addition to the General Terms and Conditions:
- Munchkin Monsters facility can only be used from 0 to 8 years of age. Between 0 and 3 years of age must be always accompanied by a responsible adult and cannot be left alone. Kids between 3 and 8 years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult meaning adult must always stay in TREEHOUSE.
- Waivers must be signed by parents or responsible adult at the time of registration and can be retrieved at next visit using adult telephone number. Additional minors can be added to the waiver at any time however, the waiver will need re-signed after every alteration.
- Sessions are subject to availability and start at set times. Tickets are only valid for the time slot purchased at the activity booked. No extension will be granted for late arrivals.
- Participants should always wear their time and activity wristbands as directed by the staff.
- For safety reasons, TREEHOUSE socks must be purchased and worn all the times by all people using facility. You may reuse them for future visit.
- To access facility, payment needs to be completed prior to using facility.
- Lockers are available to be used for personal items and needs to be emptied when leaving facility.
- TREEHOUSE management take no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items (including wristbands) on the premises.
- You may book your next visit in person at reception or via WhatsApp and Phone by providing duration and timing and payment needs to be done.
- Gift Cards can be purchased at can be used at any of facilities. All tickets remain subject to availability.
- You know child’s capabilities best, so you should ensure an appropriate level of supervision to reflect this. For the safety of other children, the management reserves the right to remove unruly children from the soft play area.
- Right of admission is reserved by the management for reasons of safety or suitability of the activity for the participant.
- We further require at least one adult for every 5 children visiting to ensure an appropriate level of supervision is maintained.
- Nappy changing and the use of potties etc., must be conducted in either the toilets or designated baby change room. Please ensure all nappies are placed in the correct bin provided.
- No food or drinks can be consumed in the soft play area. However, it is permitted to bring food and drink for babies under 1 year.
Skyfall Terms & Conditions
In addition to the General Terms and Conditions:
- Activities can be strenuous and dangerous and require a certain degree of physical ability, maturity, and skill. TREEHOUSE will make neither evaluation nor recommendation in regard to customer sufficient physical fitness for engaging in the activities provided. If in doubt, please seek medical advice.
- Participants must be in good health and free from any adverse medical conditions.
- For safety reasons, pregnant women, customers with pre-existing health issues or wearing casts are not permitted to participate any activity.
- Participants should always wear their time and activity wristbands as directed by the staff.
- Sessions are subject to availability and start at set times. Tickets are only valid for the time slot purchased at the activity booked. No extension will be granted for late arrivals.
- Children must be over 100cm and over 4 years old to use the facilities at Skyfall. Participants between 4 and 6 years of age must be always accompanied by a responsible adult and cannot be left alone. Participants between 6 and 12 years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult meaning adult must always stay in TREEHOUSE. Where you are responsible for such children you agree to be bound by these conditions on their behalf and you will directly always supervise them.
- All participants must have a signed waiver. Waivers must be signed by participants (if over 18) or by parents or responsible adult at the time of registration and can be retrieved at next visit using adult telephone number. Additional minors can be added to the waiver at any time however, the waiver will need re-signed after every alteration.
- For safety reasons, TREEHOUSE socks must be purchased and worn all the times by all people using facility. You may reuse them for future visit.
- To access facility, payment needs to be completed prior to using facility.
- Lockers are available to be used for personal items and needs to be evacuated when leaving facility.

- You know child’s capabilities best, so you should ensure an appropriate level of supervision to reflect this. For the safety of other children, the management reserves the right to remove unruly customers from the Skyfall Trampoline Park.
- Right of admission is reserved by the management for reasons of safety or suitability of the activity for the participant.
- We further require at least one adult for every 5 children between 4 to 6 years of age to ensure an appropriate level of supervision is maintained.
- No food or drinks can be consumed in the Skyfall.
- Clip & Climb access is a chargeable activity during 1-hour jumping session and can be purchased in addition to a session. Participant must be over 6 years of age and above 120 cm height to participate in this activity. Tickets are subject to availability.
Laser Rush & Mystic Golf Terms & Conditions
In addition to the General Terms and Conditions:
- Activities can be strenuous and dangerous and require a certain degree of physical ability, maturity, and skill. TREEHOUSE will make neither evaluation nor recommendation in regard to customer sufficient physical fitness for engaging in the activities provided. If in doubt, please seek medical advice.

- Minimum group size to start a Laser Rush Session is 4. Some games require larger groups and as such have varying minimum group sizes.

- Gift Cards can be purchased at can be used at any of facilities. Tickets remain subject to availability.
- You know child’s capabilities best, so you should ensure an appropriate level of supervision to reflect this. The management reserves the right to remove unruly customers from the Laser Rush and Mystic Golf.
- Right of admission is reserved by the management for reasons of safety or suitability of the activity for the participant.
- No food or drinks can be consumed in Laser Rush or Mystic Golf
Party Centre Terms & Conditions
In addition to the General Terms and Conditions:
- Minimum party size is 10 guests and maximum party size is 30 guests. (this does not include parents/guardians)
- Party event bookings and the activities bookable withing these events are subject to availability. Tickets are only valid for the time slot purchased at the activity booked. No extension will be granted for late arrivals.
- Participants should always wear their time and activity wristbands as directed by the staff.
- All participants must have a signed waiver. Waivers must be signed by participants (if over 18) or by parents or responsible adult at the time of registration and can be retrieved at next visit using adult telephone number. Additional minors can be added to the waiver at any time however, the waiver will need re-signed after every alteration.
- A minimum of 50% deposit must be paid for all party bookings. Booking must be fully paid on day of event.
- A meeting should be held with TREEHOUSE Entrainment Coordinator to define requirements at least 10 days prior to event. Missing Planning meeting will result in losing booked time slot and money can be refunded upon customer request or new time slot can be booked subject to availability.
- Bookings can be modified or cancelled up to 3 days before the event date. Any changes/cancellations made less than 3 days prior to event do not qualify for a refund.
- TREEHOUSE management take no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items (including wristbands or receipts) on the premises.
- No outside food or drinks can be consumed in Party Centre. Only food and drinks purchased in TREEHOUSE can be consumed in Party Centre.
